Several members have asked how the name “The Tides” came about. The simple answer is that I am a true water person. I love the bounty of the seas and I see millions of connections between business and the sea.

My business partner and I believe in a simple mantra: As the Ocean’s many cherished secrets brings bountiful life and cyclical rejuvenation, The Tides explores, excavates and expounds upon essential principles in terms of Business.

My approach and methodology is simple – meet the ever-changing learning needs of our leaders throughout their evolution. Why ride The Tide? It is thrilling and satisfying. It is also constant and predictable in a changing and very unpredictable world.
